BIM360 project not completely scanned

I have issues that the tool 'Locate Engineering Documents':

Job Parameters:

Documents:

is not scanning the whole BIM360 project folder.
- Force Sync On or Off does not effect the results
- Rerunning the tool several times does not have effect
is not recognizing .ifc files (IFC2X3), while these files can be opened in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1
- are reported as exeption in the error report
is ignoring an empty ESRI_CAD.prj to exclude a folder and subfolder(s) for scanning
got this job error message while this prj file is not existing:
- exception: 500 Server Error: InternalServerError for url: https://developer.api.autodesk.com/data/v1/projects/<project id>/folders/urn:adsk.wipprod:fs.folder:co.<folder id>/contents?filter%5Battributes.displayName%5D=<file name>.prj
got in the message:"exception: 500 Server Error: InternalServerError for url:
- https://developer.api.autodesk.com/data/v1/projects/<projectid>/folders/urn:adsk.wipprod:fs.folder:co.<folderid/contents?filter%5Battributes.displayName%5D=esri_cad.prj"
- (projectid , folderid and file name are anonymized)

Closed: scanning a project folder is going better, probably after the december updates
