ArcGIS Mobile on Juno SC

I was running ArcGIS Mobile 10 on a Juno SC without issue. I then noticed there was a ROM Operating System upgrade for the Juno SC (1.04.09). I upgraded the Juno and attempted to reinstall ArcGIS Mobile 10 and get the following message: "Installation of ArcGISMobile.CAB was unsuccessful". I am guessing this may have something to do with the upgrade containing the .NET Compact Framework 2.0 SP2. Will ArcGIS Mobile 10 only install with .NET Compact Framework 2.0 SP1?.
