We're purchasing tablets running windows 8 - will ArcMobile work on these?

hi there, we're looking at purchasing a couple windows8 tablet devices this summer - can anyone confirm that ArcMobile for ArcGIS10 will run on these without issue for mobile data collection etc....?
Or should we look at another tablet OS?

Windows 8 32-bit and 64-bit are merely iterations on Windows 7 with a new runtime environment, WinRT, for Metro Apps.

As for Windows on ARM (WOA), I think very little is known about what this will consist of beyond a very small development community. I doubt ESRI will be supporting ArcGIS Mobile on WOA until actual tablets are available for purchase.

I am using the Samsung tablet from the Build conference and ArcGIS Mobile for Windows works well on that tablet - however, this is not an ARM tablet and I don't think ArcGIS Mobile will work on ARM. Windows 8 on ARM will only support Metro style applications - which ArcGIS Mobile is not.
