Hello Darryl,

You should probably address this question to Trimble, but my understanding is on a windows 7 based device (Yuma) Timble positions writes an extra column to the database and requires the data to be post processed. On a windows embedded device (Juno, GeoXT, Nomad) Timble positions corrects the GPS data on-the-fly and passes it to ArcGIS Mobile 3.1 / 10.1.1.

Thank you so much. In time I believe it will eventually run on Windows 7 natively. Just need some time. If they can make this
tech stuff work for Mobile phones I am sure the can make it work for Windows desktop.
