Does Visual Studio 2010 Express for Mobile Phones and Windows 7 Home Edition works with Esri ArcGIS 10.2.2 ?

It should you just need to have the updated .net framework and ESRI API installed.

Thanks so much for your reply , how can i update visual studio 2010 express for windows phone ?
I tried to update visual studio from help -> check for updates but it open microsoft website for windows updates .

Thank you for your reply , i have updated .net frame work as you said but the installation for Esri Arcgis required the service pack 1 for Visual Studio but it did not work with the version i have which has the windows phone sdk so i have downloaded the visual stuido 2010 express and the installation for ESri Arc GIS works fine but it does not appear in visual studio i mean i can find out how i can create a project which has the library and the other problem i have is windows phone sdk , the version which work with visual studio 2010 express in sdk 7 and it comes with its visual studio .
can you please help ?
