When I make the map in ArcDesktop I add the layer from SDE feature class, in editor I see that it has X, Y, Z and M coordinates. In my case Z is always zero. M has some values. </SPAN><BR /><SPAN>In my application I create a feature data reader agains that layer, get right polyline. The object contains Parts and each part contains Segments. </SPAN><BR /><SPAN>Part is just container of coordinates.
