Error connecting in Mobile Project Center

Hi,

I have just started receiving an error when I try to connect to the Mobile Project Server in Mobile Project Center.

When trying to connect in the Mobile Project Center I receive the error:

"Unable to connect to the specified server. The operation has timed out."

So I can't make the connection ot the Mobile Project Server. I can make the connection in the ArcGIS Mobile application itself and get access to the projects that I previously created. It just seems to be a problem with the Mobile Project Center.

Is there someway to increase the timeout or work past this error with the Mobile Project Center?

Hi Mike,

Please provide a screenshot of the error off the MPC. Are you using fully qualified domain name?

Problem was network connection

Hi,

In the end the problem was that I was connected to a client's network. When I physically unplugged from the network I was able to make the connection to the MPC.
