The only difference I found between the two layers is subtypes, the one for which labels are displayed doesn't have any subtypes and the one which doesn't display labels has 2 subtypes.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>I also tried assigning label features to other layer which has subtypes, which ended up with no labels being displayed.
