Class Changes Document

Does anyone know where this document is?

I am also looking for the full list of changes.
I've read somewhere that GPSAveragingTool was removed entirely.
Anyways could someone post a link to the changes.
I would like to migrate from ArcGIS Server 10.0 to 10.1 and that includes ArcGIS Mobile 10.0 to 3.0 and 3.1.

This is for 3.0 but it applies for 3.1 - note 100% complete but as good as I have seen....

The active or current SDK Help system on the resource center has been updated to support the new 10.1.1 version.
The What's new documents have been moved to an archive folder in the help concepts, to allow you to see the changes without having to go back to the previous help version.

If you wish to use the 3.0 / 3.1 version of the SDK Help It can be accessed with this link..
