In Hong Kong, the government has implemented a Satellite Reference Station Network (SatRef) and broadcast the correction signal to the GPS receiver for RTK measurement. I would like to use ArcGIS Mobile to connect the GPS reviver and receive the SatRef correction signal from the government to compute the coordinate of the measured point in real-time. Then the ArcMap can show the measured point on screen.
