      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to set an attribute field as required so users are forced to fill it in before saving.&amp;nbsp; ArcGIS Mobile does this automatically if a domain is applied but is there a way to do this without applying a domain?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Julie&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
