I want to make a Mobile Cache from this. In the Create Mobile Map tool, when I load the mxd path, the exents and layers list are not populated as normal. I set the output folder and click ok, but then I get error messages in the results window. The output folder must exist prior to running the Create Mobile Map tool yet it doesn't appear populated in your screenshot.
