Data Collection with MPC/Trimble GeoXH

New to the current tech. We have:
- ArcGIS Server 10.1
- ArcGIS Desktop
- Mobile Project Center and
- Trimble GeoXH
- Trimble Positions (all 3 extensions)
- Yuma 2's

for doing some data collection, but are not in production yet. This issue we are having is trying to use the GNSS to collect data. The problem is it allows users to move points and I can't figure out how to prevent it. I'd gladly use the Yuma, but I am less familiar with it and since the projects are working I wanted to get the data collection going and merge the data in later.

Any suggestions welcome.
