Configuration problem

I'm trying to configure ESRI maps for Microsoft dynamics CRM to point to my organization URL in ArcGIS online, it's accept the URL and successfully logged in using username and password. But when I try to create any map or workflow it's give me no response, just busy indicator.

Note that I'm using ArcGIS Online Free 30-Day Trial for Organizations.

Hossam,

Are you using Microsoft Dynamics CRM online or on-prem?

Can you post a screenshot of your configuration page under Esri Maps > Configuration in Esri Maps for Dynamics CRM and also any browser console errors that you may see?

Hossam,

It would be good if you could capture requests through a HTTP debugger such as Fiddler to help troubleshoot.

Are you able to open the Map Designer or Workflow in a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox?
