Esri maps for Cognos configuration

Hi, I have installed EM4C and I have Cognos 10.2.2. Since we have our arcGis portal, we want to integrate Cognos and arcGis. Problem is that EM4C constantly trying to get maps on server.arcgisonline.com using services.arcgisonline.com. How to set some default map which is in our arcGis portal, which is in Intranet network.

this does not exactly answer your question but if you are looking to use Cognos and ESRI together you could consider our product, we work with ArcGIS portal on premise

Cognos 11 ( Analytics) integration to ESRI - from a recent IBM Cloud University presentation Oct 2017 by a senior product manager in IBM Cognos the following comments were made

• EM4C provides Esri integration in Cognos 10.x reports
• EM4C does not support Cognos Analytics
• Esri customers need an alternate solution
• Integeo integrates Esri assets into Cognos Analytics reports
