topic Force Pop-Ups to Display in ArcGIS for SharePoint Questions

Hi! I'm using this great product to help my mobile business route our nine units in the field. I am wondering if there is a way to force the pop-ups to remain open on data points on the map. We are using the Excel add-in to show the location of existing appointments. We then created a search field for new appointment requests, showing this point on the map relative to other existing appointments. It would be very helpful for our booking agent if she didn't have to click on each surrounding customer for the pop-up to display in an effort find out when that appointment is scheduled. If she was instead able to see at a glance when the appointment each point on the map represents through permanently open pop-ups, we'd love it. Can anyone help?!?!? Thanks in advance!

Hi HydroDog!

Unfortunately there isn't a way to force popups to stay open in Maps for Office. Interesting use case though. I will pass it along to the team to see if it is something we can implement in the future.

Thanks for the feedback and letting us know how you are using Maps for Office!
Scott
