How administrator can change the default basemap?

On this page http://location-analytics.arcgis.com/en/maps-for-dynamics-crm/design-and-use-maps/change-the-basemap.htm I can read that "The default basemap displayed in the map is determined by your administrator."
I'm the administrator. How can I change the default basemap?

Anastasia,

To change the default basemap, you need to set that up during the map design process (creating a new map). When you are creating a new map, select the basemap icon and select the basemap that you wish to use and then click save. The map should reflect the new basemap that you have selected.

To set default basemap for Esri Maps for CRM, as I've found, you should be ArcGIS Online account administrator, and the default map is set in ArcGIS Online account.

Hi,
Please see this Help link on ArcGIS.com on configuring a default basemap for your organization. Once configured, this should hopefully be picked up in the Map Designer of CRM.
