Guidance for Installing and Configuring ArcGIS for Sharepoint Online

Hi,

Has anyone had experience installing and configuring ArcGIS for Sharepoint as an administrator? I can see from my Sharepoint App page that ArcGIS for Sharepoint has been added to my organisation as the button is greyed out, but the app does not appear in my list of available apps.

1. I'm woring on a relatively new setup of Sharepoint Online, are there any additional settings I need to have configured on Sharepoint to be able to make ArcGIS for Sharepoint available?

2. Are there any help guides for ArcGIS for Sharepoint available besides the ESRI document? Install ArcGIS for SharePoint—ArcGIS for SharePoint | Documentation

3. Are there any resources out there to help e configure the app?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you try creating a new SharePoint page and add an app/web part and when you see the available web parts, can you search for "ArcGIS"?

Also, would you be able to send a screen capture video?

Hi Raaj,

Thank you for your offer of assistance. I lodged this case on behalf of a client who was able to resolve by modifying some internal sharepoint settings. Unfortunately I don't have further information to add.
