ArcGIS Mapping for SharePoint 2.0 - Installation Failed

Hi -

Am exploring SharePoint Foundation 2010 and ArcGIS Mapping for SharePoint 2.0.
Installed SP 2010 with no issue. But cannot install AGM4SP (wow).
Get through setup to last install dialog, then getting "Installation Failed" with the following:

[INDENT]***** ERROR *****
Access denied! Could not add solution to the SharePoint farm. Make sure you are logged in as SharePoint Administrator or Domain Administrator on the server. Also, make sure to turn off Windows User Account Control.
ESRI.ArcGIS.Mapping.SharePoint.Installer.InstallException: Access denied! Could not add solution to the SharePoint farm. The Zone of the assembly that failed was:

Hello -

Should have mentioned MS Windows Server 2008 R2.

And the clue was in the error;
"Also, make sure to turn off Windows User Account Control."

Turn off UAC; reboot.
Install AGM4SP.
Turn on UAC; reboot.

Use the "Run as administrator" option, when right-clicking on setup.exe also works - and doesn't require server reboots...
