I have added a map to a page and that works fine. I've also enabled the Esri Maps Locate workflow and configured the workflow for a specific list (specifying which columns contain lat and lon). Next step is adding a new workflow to the list. The first page appears fine, allowing me to choose the workflow type "Esri Maps Locate", enter a unique name etc. But on the next page, the application hangs.
