      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes you can use any fields with lat/long values. You don't need to use Esri geocoding service and consume credits if you already have the lat/long values.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
