I can find the new version 2.1.4.

We don't hear that the new version would be released.

And if users upgrade EM4O with the upgrade function, they can upgrade to 2.1.4...

There is no announce to release the newest version.

Please let us about this as soon as possible.

Looks like it is a modest release which a release to fix a security vulnerability with our implementation of classic token authentication. Classic token authentication is still used heavily by Portal users, so we recommend they upgrade ASAP. The security problem does not affect users connecting to ArcGIS Online via OAuth (ie, most of them).
