    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've added custom location types in Maps for Office using data that i've uploaded to AGOL without any problems.&amp;nbsp; However; when i try and create one using content from my own ArcGIS Server it freezes up.&amp;nbsp; Our ArcGIS server isn't accessible outside the company so what i think is happening is AGOL is trying to connect to my rest end point but cant.&amp;nbsp; Is this the desired behaviour for thee tools?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also tried doing the same thing installing and configuring ArcGIS Portal internally but even still i get the exact same problem.&amp;nbsp; Using Fiddler2 i can see Maps for office tried to connect to la.arcgis.com.&amp;nbsp; Can this connection be overridden?&amp;nbsp; How do companies with no internet access resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be great, thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
