    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think that ArcGIS Mapping configuration files are shared between the site in site collection. So document library may not be available at site level. if you create the&amp;nbsp; document library with same name and add the config file with same name it should work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope this helps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Where is ArcGIS Mapping Configuration Files library?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've found the help document on how to change the default basemap, but in my site collection, I do not have the document library that the help article says the DefaultConfiguration.xml file is in.&amp;nbsp; I do see the ArcGIS Mapping Extensions and ArcGIS Mapping Symbols document libraries, but not this one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Thanks ahead of time!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Terri-Lynn&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I'm a member of the SP Administrators group, but not seeing the ArcGIS Mapping Configuration Files under the Document Libraries section of All Site Content.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
