    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I have installed the latest version of esri maps for OFICCE Inglés v. 2.1.2.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But when trying to enter my credentials online arcgis button for logging is not active.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Windows 7&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Office Proffesional Plus 2010 &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The internet is perfect, no problems of proxi and also can login Agol account&amp;nbsp; in Arcmap.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please i need Help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have had similar issues the last few months with ESRI Maps for Office. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It seems as if Microsoft Office (Excel) is not able to resolve the Proxy Dialogue credentials. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Accessing the same services from Portal from the same machine will work. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;See &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/95000-Cannot-Geocoding-through-a-secure-(token)-service?p=337694#post337694"&gt;My earlier forum post&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Susan&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I lost the link to this as well. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But go into ArcGIS Administrator -&amp;gt; Advanced -&amp;gt; Manage Portal Connections&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure the portal and agol entries are there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test the connections. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that still fails&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Goto Control Panel -&amp;gt; Internet Options -&amp;gt;Advanced - Security&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uncheck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check for publisher's server revocation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check for server certificate revocation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
