Error ESRI Map for office windows 7

Hi, I have installed the latest version of esri maps for OFICCE Inglés v. 2.1.2.

But when trying to enter my credentials online arcgis button for logging is not active.

Windows 7
Office Proffesional Plus 2010

The internet is perfect, no problems of proxi and also can login Agol account in Arcmap.

Please i need Help

I have had similar issues the last few months with ESRI Maps for Office.
It seems as if Microsoft Office (Excel) is not able to resolve the Proxy Dialogue credentials.
Accessing the same services from Portal from the same machine will work.

I lost the link to this as well.

But go into ArcGIS Administrator -> Advanced -> Manage Portal Connections

Make sure the portal and agol entries are there.

Test the connections.

If that still fails

Goto Control Panel -> Internet Options ->Advanced - Security

Uncheck

Check for publisher's server revocation

Check for server certificate revocation
