PowerBI is by far the best tool I have found for this (Insights doesn't appear to create very user friendly, responsive web pages). However, I need to display the data by Parishes or Wards - these option for location are not available in the ESRI maps for PowerBI. Is there a way to use a custom feature class for location? I know you can do this in the Microsoft Maps of PowerBI so would have assumed this should be possible with the ESRI premium product.
