Hey @DEWright_CA

I'm wondering if the origins are allowed in your connection, I had some issues connecting other services, but once I had used PowerBI I had already done this so I couldn't say I received the same error. Try these steps out:

Depending on what ArcGIS Enterprise version you have this will be different, but I'm assuming you have 11.x.

Sign in with the admin account

Go to Organization > Settings > Security

Under the allow origins section, add these domains, I think this is all:

https://arcgis.com

https://app.powerbi.com

https://powerbi.com

http://pbi.microsoft.com

https://pbi.microsoft.com

ms-pbi://pbi.microsoft.com

https://ms-pbi.pbi.microsoft.com

Those are what I had added, here is a MS link as well https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/security/power-bi-allow-list-urls

Cody

My agency has an Internal (local DNS'd) ArcGIS Enterprise platform and we are not being able to connect. All other Apps such as ArcGIS Pro are able to see our portal endpoint (prodgis.dor.wa.loc/portal) ; but the plug-in tells us "The specified ArcGIS (or ArcGIS Enterprise) URL is not valid.

Is this locking up on the internal/non-externally-routable DNS? We are totally SSL and Cert based running across 443/
