Labels in ArcGis for PBI

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem, I've been using a report with an ArcGis map for quite some time and I use the labels to show the names of the locations (points on the map).

Today I saved the report as I always do and noticed that the labels were not showing up. I did the usual process of placing the labels on the map and validating before publishing, but when I save and then open the report again, the labels disappear.

Do you know if there are currently problems with the labels on the ArcGis map.

Any ideas would be very helpful.

I have just tested this and I cant reproduce your issue. Do you have any screenshots or a short screen recording of the issue?

Are you also on the latest version of Power BI? - as older versions might have bugs that have been resolved in newer versions.
