Issue with ArcGIS Map Layers Not Displaying in Power BI Dashboard on Browsers Other Than Microsoft Edge

Hi everyone,

I have a Power BI dashboard link that includes an ArcGIS online map. After the latest update, a problem has appeared: the map only displays correctly when I open the link on Microsoft Edge and on my computer only. This means that if I open the link on my device using another browser, the issue occurs, or if I open the link on another computer, the problem arises also. The issue is that the "Selectable layers" do not appear in the "Feature information" section.

something to do with your account rather than the browser?

Normally when you use Edge you are already signed in using your corporate account. when you use another computer make sure your browser is also logged in using your account.

Maybe check the ArcGIS for PBI authentication, see if you can get any clue from there.

I am having this same problem. @simoxu I am logged into my corporate account, so that's not it. This seems like a bug.

I tried on Windows 10 with Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. iOS using Safari. And macOS using Firefox, Chrome, and Safari (in fact, the map doesn't even appear at all in Safari).

@AdebMoustafa have you found anything new since making this post?
