Issue running ring buffer analysis when point is added

I have used ArcGis previously and trying to use feature in new Dept, but need to prove concept of use. I am currently on a non-premium space I cannot seem to run ring buffer analysis when I have added a drop point on the map. I have a layer of coordinates, but run analysis is greyed out and cannot be completed (image attached).

Are you signed in to the ArcGIS visual correctly?

Does your ArcGIS account have the correction permissions to allow you to run this analysis?

Thanks for your question! Are you still having this issue now? I didn't sign in (if I understand your "non-premium space" correctly) and and tried to reproduce this workflow based on your image, and Run analysis worked on my end.

I also sign in and it works well too!
