I have a Power BI map visual with 20+ layers linked to my organizations content. Recently, two of these layers are displaying red X's and a pop up appears stating "You do not have access to this layer" linking to the REST service URL. I can re-add these layers through normal means; they display and there are no issues that I can tell. The issue is that I cannot REMOVE the layers with the broken links, the three dots for the option menu is absent. Because these broken layers remain, they are causing pop-up errors when trying to access the visual.

Has anyone run into this and know how to solve without rebuilding the map visual?
