ArcGIS for Power BI Maps not loading

New to Power BI but a regular ESRI user. Not sure if the issue is in my set up or the software. I try to load a public content from my GIS online. I can see it and click add. It stays loading never displays.

Hi @FranciscoRivera

Are the navigation buttons on your map round or squared with rounded corners?

Are you using Power BI Desktop or Online?

Can you share the name or URL of the layer you are trying to add?

Hi @FranciscoRivera

Taking a look at that item, it is coming from Enterprise and there could be a CORS issue with the server that is blocking the request. Give this a look and make sure everything lines up.

Hi Andrew,

I'm having a similar issue, but with my ArcGIS Online account. When prompted to sign in on PowerBi (both Desktop and online), the dialog window is greyed out and inactive. Not sure if I'm being clear, basically I can't input my credentials to sign in. I've already cleaned out my cache on my PC and the PBi app, but still nothing. I've also checked with my organization for security issues and they assure me that it is not that either.

Hi,

I'm facing a similar issue but my sign in isn't grayed. When I click enter after insert my Online OR Enterprise url nothing happens.
