Please enable viewer type account to save changes in PowerBI

Users with the ArcGIS Enterprise Viewer user type are able to add basemaps and map layers within ArcGIS for Power BI. In scenarios where analysis tools are not utilized, these users should be granted the ability to save updates to the Power BI report. At present, the application displays the following message: “Sign in to ArcGIS with User Type and Role set to Creator or higher to save changes and use analysis tools.”

Thank you for your idea! Please refer to the documentation here about ArcGIS Viewer user type: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/user-types-orgs.htm#:~:text=Viewer%E2%80%94Viewers,items%20or%20data.

"Viewers cannot create, edit, share, or perform analysis on items or data."

With viewer type, you can change the basemap, add layers but all the edits won't be saved.
