Integrating Arcgis Maps and SharePoint

hai,

I am having problem integrating Arcgis Maps for SharePoint. I downloaded the Arcgis Maps from https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-maps-for-sharepoint/get-started.

What i have done :

- creating a trial arcgis online account

What i have :

- arcgis server 10.6. Here is the license

- SharePoint 2016 hosted internally

- Arcgis Desktop 10.6

- Trying to get add-ins. here is the picture

This is the configuration that i have done. Click here.

I can not see the "Add-ins" link in the setting. Here is the pic.

Am i missing something ?

And also, i cant download the arcgis maps from the sharepoint store. There is error : "

Sorry, we can't seem to connect to the SharePoint Store. Try again in a bit"
