when i trying to filter and search my added shapfile on arcgis online i couldint search by using id or parcel name and related fields.

Thank you for posting your question! Are you using ArcGIS for Excel or ArcGIS Online? If you are using ArcGIS for Excel, you can filter and search from the Add a layer menu. To add content follow these steps. Here you may use a map id to search and add a layer from ArcGIS to the map.

To filter, click the Filter button and use the check boxes to filter the search results by the following item types: Feature layers, Map image layers, Web maps, Imagery layers, Vector tile layers, or WFS.

From my understanding, you will not be able to search for a parcel name or related field. Essentially, your search is limited to the contents in your organization, not the contents (or data content) of your hosted feature layers.
