      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/789156"&gt;@MelRoyer&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thank you for reaching out!&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ArcGIS for Excel is not available with a Microsoft E5 GCC High license.&amp;nbsp; This would require your IT team to make an exception to go to a .COM CDN to get our static resources.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps and apologies on not being able to find a definitive answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SC&lt;/P&gt;</description>
