Add Service Window not visible

I've been using the ArcGIS for Autocad 370 version for a couple of years. All of a sudden when I tried to use the Add Service button, it would let me pick the server but when I hit next to choose the folder where the service is stored, the window would be nowhere to be found. If I click the Add Service button again, it tells me the 'Select service command is already in process'. Does anyone know how I can get to that window? It seems to be open somewhere.

Hello,

The current build of ArcGIS for AutoCAD is 400.2 and is the supported release. You are welcome to download the latest build here.

As for the current behavior you are seeing we are wondering if perhaps the dialog box is hidden on another screen. Please try clicking both Windows-Tab keys to display all open applications and associated dialog boxes. Otherwise, can you provide additional screen captures of what you are seeing?
