Failed to add feature layer

Hi, I'm trying to add the National Hydrography Database Plus version 2.1 feature layer to my layout in Civil3D and I'm getting this error "Failed. Click to retry". Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there an alternative way to add this through a mapserver?

Hi! This is a bug in ArcGIS for AutoCAD, its not handling the adding of this layer properly. We have figured out the issue and are going to mostly likely include it in our next release.

This is still happening in version 410. Whenever I use the plugin to add a feature layer it gives me a error that it cant be added. Even if i were to try adding it by URL it says "unable to add data from this URL" only a few feature layers end up being drawn in autocad.

Is there any way to bypass this issue?

Hi, looking at the URL it might be something with the token in the URL. Can you send a link to the service here so I can try on my end? thanks
