      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave, I don't think you will be able to create a parcel fabric or load data into it that does not have a defined projection which is the same as the feature dataset. A parcel fabric can only exist in a geodatabase feature dataset and the properties of a feature dataset require that it have a projection and all feature classes within it have the same projection.
