Read from Branch Version

I would like to be able to connect to a service with branch versioning enabled. Then get a list of available versions and set that version so that all subsequent operations are completed use data from that version. Specifically I would need read access as there is no current requirement for edit access.

Hi @JimmyBowden,

The ArcGIS for AutoCAD team implemented branch versioning as part of the version 430 release. Here is a blog post that gives an overview.

You can now add branch version enabled web feature layers to your drawings. You can also create and/or change to named branch versions for layers of interest. Read/edit access is determined in accordance with your Esri named user account and level of access to a given web feature layer. Additional technical details are here.
