Site Scan Flight not showing camera view during flight

We're flying the M300RTK (P1 payload) with the latest version of Site Scan Flight using a brand new iPad. For some reason we almost never get to see the camera view during a mission. Sometimes we get a quick glimpse and then the image just freezes, and most of the time all we see in the camera view is black.

This turned out to be a real issue where one of our pilots flew an entire mission with the camera angle at 90 degrees. If he could see what the camera was seeing, he would have been able to abort the mission. Instead it turned out to be a waste and the mission had to be reflown.

Anyone else experience this? Or, have a remedy?
