Map sync issue with photo attachments

Photos on offline maps are not syncing properly to the online map, even though the offline maps say they have synced properly. No sync errors are displayed. The photo location points are shown on the online map, but they have no attachments. All other data syncs to the online map fine.

This problem is not happening to all users in the office. So far, there seems to be no way to retrieve photos from the offline maps without individually sharing them from the app via email.

Has anybody encountered this problem before?

Device used: iPhone 11

App version: 24.2.0, build 1067.

If you haven't looked into this workflow it may help with getting your attachments from the offline areas

Access offline edits from ArcGIS Field Maps directly from an iOS or Android device

Do you have the same issue with online workflows?
