Fieldmaps crashed when using filter function in Android phone

I used Fieldmaps a few months ago on iPhone, I tried it on an Android phone for the first time today. I open the layer and select the filter value. When I clicked the submit button, the app crashed.

I tried two different webmaps and 4 different Android phones. The results are the same.

There is no problem using iPhone.

Is it a bug in this version? Does anyone face the same problem?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue but what version of the app are you using and what is device specification that is having this issue?

What filter are you applying to your data and how is it displayed?

Do you have the same issue when you don't select a filter value?

Hi, I am using the latest version of Google Playstore which is 24.2.0. The devices are Samsung S10, S12 and S24.

The situation is shown in the video.

There is no problem when I don't select a filter value.

@RikiChan Thank you for the video showing the issue.

Can you try clearing the app cache from the device settings?

1. Search for "Settings" on your device
2. Select "Apps"
3. Either search for the app or scroll until you find it
4. Select the desired app and select Storage and cache
5. Selecting to clear the "Storage" will present a warning that it will

"Delete app data? This app's data, including files and settings will be permanently deleted from this device"

6. You can then also choose to clear the cache from the app.

Screen display and warning messages may differ depending on the model of device.

If this does not work I would recommend logging a support case with your distributor

It solved when system language changed to English from Traditional Chinese.
