“poor location quality, gps location is old” while collecting. Required accuracy is greater than measured accuracy

My company owner/surveyor sent me this video. I was unable to find any documentation on "gps location is old" or "poor location quality" by searching google.

My first instinct was to check the field maps designer for minimum accuracy required. It looks like we have 7 inches during collection and the minimum is 10 meters (393 inches).

While writing this post, the issue seems to have solved itself. He was able to collect the line but I have been instructed to get documentation on this issue in case it persists.
