Offline map areas - admin vs. mobile worker

Hi there,

I have an offline map area created in Field Maps Designer. I am able to download the offline map area as the administrator. The map area is shared with my organization and a group which consists of all of our mobile worker licenses.

When I am logged in as a Mobile Worker User, the offline map area does not download. The download completes and then nothing happens. Has anyone encountered similar issues? Any work around solutions?

I have enabled the map for offline use. I have recreated the offline area. I have updated the offline area. Creating the offline area in Field Maps causes the download to 'Fail'.

Any ideas?

Have you had a look into the log files on the device?

Have a look at this documentation on how to extract the log file from your device which might point you in the right direction

Is there content that is still owned by the owner and shared in correctly?

Could be one to raise with your local distributor
