We're also seeing the same issue in Field Maps, removing an re-adding the layer, refreshing saving the map also didn't seem to change anything,

Cheers

Keiran

AGOL version: 2024.1

Field Maps version: 24.1.3

When I add a WMTS layer to a map I open in Field Maps, this layer does not work. The same layer works fine on the webmap in the browser, in ArcGIS Pro, in QGIS. This is the layer: https://geo.api.vlaanderen.be/GRB/wmts, all layers and tilesets fail the same way.

The layer worked fine until beginning of this week, by the way, without any changes to configuration I'm aware of. I can't say exactly if this started happening after an update of either ArcGIS Online or Field Maps

Does anybody has an idea about what is going wrong here?

Hi

I have the same issue with a WMTS layer not working in Field Maps. This was a known issue/bug in 2022 and still appeared to be in 2023, so maybe it has still not been fixed. Error loading basemap in Field Maps after upgradin... - Esri Community
