Issue with multi mobile works sync offline area at the same time

Hi guys,

We are having issue to manage multi-user syncing the offline area the same time.

The layers in the map is reletively complicated: about 30 non editable (tranditional version) from 4-5 seperated services + 5 editable layers (non versioned) from one service.

Currently each sync will take about 3-4mins to complete however whenever more than 1 users or maps get

synced at the same time all jobs will fail.

We are running on a 8 cores server machine and on the sync system tool we set the max instance per machine as 7.

Max time a client can use a service: 7200

Max time a client will wait to get a service: 120

Max time an idle instance can keep running: 180

for most of the feature services instance are set as min 1 max 3.

Max time a client can use a service: 600

Max time a client will wait to get a service: 60

Max time an idle instance can keep running: 180

Shall we bump up the max time a client will wait to get a service? is there any way to make the sync more effienent? currently its taking about 5-6sec per layer to sync (without any changes on replica).

At the end of the day we want to improve the sync efficeny while allow the services to be able to handle multiple users to sync offline areas at the same time..

i have tried to bump timeout time but didnt seem to help.

On the log it said service error code 499. Token required..
