Name trace query failed error in ArcGIS Field maps

Hello,

After I had posted about trace utility network not working in ArcGIS Field Maps (Can't trace a utility network in ArcGIS Field Maps), I found that the troubleshooting log had an error about the utility network. The error is [Utility Network] - Name trace query failed: com.esri.arcgisruntime.ArcGISRuntimeException: Unlicensed extension.: Utility network tracing requires a Utility network extension license. I already use an account that has ArcGIS Utility Network License in ArcGIS Field Maps. I also log in to the rest service on the mobile but it's still not working.

Has anyone ever found this problem and how do you solve it?
