Field Maps Filter does not work with more than one Condition

Hello,

We have filtering set up in Field Maps in AGOL. The end user has the ability to filter on 2 fields in the same layer. The filter works if you enable one condition (either field) but fails when you try to do them both (no results draw in the application). One field has domains, the other does not. Has anyone ever experienced something like this?

The same thing happens when we try to recreate this filter in Web App Builder as well. In there, we found a work around using the 'is none of' condition however this does not seem to be available in Field Maps.

It only can do an AND with multiple filters not an OR. Is that it?
