With our work in smart forms. we will be adding the ability to calculate field values using an expression. The <A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/arcade/function-reference/data_functions/#featuresetbyname" target="_self">FeatureSet</A> capabilities of the Arcade expression language will let you do this when connected or when offline.
